The AHA Leadership Summit provides Continuing Education from various providers. Please use this list below for detailed information.

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)

By attending the 2024 AHA Leadership Summit, participants may earn up to 10.25 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

AHA Certification Center

The 2024 AHA Leadership Summit qualifies for 10.25 AHA Certification Center continuing education credits (CECs) toward CHC, CHFM, CHESP, CMRP, and CPHRM recertification.

HFMA CHFP and FHFMA Maintenance

The 2024 AHA Leadership Summit sessions are eligible as continuing education credits toward the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) certification maintenance requirements for active CHFP and Fellows when self-reported. The program or session(s) are approved by HFMA for certification maintenance. American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)

Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)

In support of improving patient care, the Duke University Health System Department of Clinical Education and Professional Development is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the health care team. 

Physician Credit: Duke University Health System Department of Clinical Education and Professional Development designates this activity for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurse Credit: Duke University Health System Department of Clinical Education and Professional Development designates this activity for up to 10 credit hours for nurses. Nurses should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.
