AHA Leadership Summit Hotel Accommodations
To book a hotel room at the AHA Leadership Summit discounted rate, you must first complete your event registration. A link to reserve your guest room will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel Reservation Policies
- Reservation Changes: The booking site will remain open until July 10, 2025. After this date, all reservation inquiries should be directed to the hotel where you are staying.
- Cancellation Policy: Hotel reservations must be canceled by June 11, 2025, to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made on or after June 12, 2025, will incur a charge equal to one night's room and tax.
- Discounted Rate Cutoff: The contracted hotels offer discounted group rates until June 17, 2025, or until the room block is full—whichever comes first. After this date, discounted rates may no longer be available. Rooms at the discounted rate are subject to availability, so we encourage early booking.

Transportation Information
The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the 2025 AHA Leadership Summit in Nashville, TN over the dates of July 19-22, 2025. Fares are available 3 days pre/post the meeting dates. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) or go online to one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.
Airline Discounts

United reservations and ticketing are available by calling your professional travel agency, booking online or calling United Reservations Meetings Desk at 1-800-426-1122. You will need to provide: The Z Code (ZPX7) and Agreement Code (140887) at time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all Meeting reservations.
