Hosted Buyer Forum - Monday, July 17 | 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM - offers a private showcase for hospital and health system leaders interested in connecting with solution providers addressing key hospital issues. Approved applicants are given complimentary registration to the 2023 AHA Leadership Summit. After the Forum is complete participants are encouraged to join the Associate and Sponsor Reception for beverages, appetizers and networking.
Business Representatives
Sponsor and AHA Associate registration are only available through a separate registration pathway. This includes all complimentary and paid options. Please contact Shannon White at swhite@tradeshowlogic.com for full instructions on how to access the 2023 AHA Leadership Summit Conference registration.
Attendance at the Leadership Summit by business representatives is limited to AHA Associates, Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Attendees
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following CDC and local state of Washington guidance. While masks may not be required at this conference, we support your choice to wear a mask if you prefer. Masks will be available at the conference registration desk if you would like to wear one as a precaution. The state of Washington does not currently require masks or proof of vaccination to enter locations, though private businesses may choose to keep vaccination and mask requirements for customers and employees.

In you need any of the auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, contact Bree Angelo at bangelo@aha.org with a written description of your needs.
Substitutions/Cancellations
If you cannot attend the conference you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund – minus a $250 processing fee – must be made in writing to summitregistration@aha.org no later than Friday, June 16, 2023. Cancellations made after June 16 are not eligible for a refund.
Guarantee
We look forward to seeing you at the AHA’s 2023 AHA Leadership Summit in Seattle. In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees can request a full refund of registration fees or transfer the fees for credit to the 2024 AHA Leadership Summit. AHA is not responsible for any nonrefundable travel or lodging expenses in the event of program cancellation.
