Transportation Information
The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the 2024 AHA LEADERSHIP SUMMIT in San Diego, CA over the dates of July 20 - 23, 2024. Fares are available 3 days pre/post the meeting dates. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) or go online to one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.
Airline Discounts
- Delta Airlines is pleased to offer special discounts off published airfares for the 2024 AHA Leadership Summit.
Book online or by calling the Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111. When booking online, select “Book Your Flight” and enter Meeting Code NM36H.
*Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via our reservation 800 number. - United Airlines is pleased to offer special discounts off published airfares for the 2024 AHA Leadership Summit.
United reservations and ticketing are available by calling your professional travel agency, booking online via www.united.com/meetingtravel or calling United Reservations Meetings Desk at 1-800-426-1122. You will need to provide: The Z Code (ZNXF) and Agreement Code (882349) at time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all Meeting reservations. - Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer 2024 AHA Leadership Summit attendees discounted fares.
To utilize the discount, book online and use Company ID 99325251. Discount valid for travel 7/17/2024 to 7/26/2024.
Eligible Travelers can earn Rapid Rewards bonus points to use for reward flights.
